Checking tickets

If you are not getting updates from the Helpdesk about your tickets you can log in and check the ticket.
You can sign in with the email address you used to submit the ticket.
If you do not have a password please select lost password at the top of the login box.

If you are having an issue logging into the helpdesk please use the lost password feature to get a new password.

ERROR: This domain name does not match domain registered in the license key file (cms.intelaccount.com), allowed domains: turbohelpdesk.com, please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.
